Important Information for Families and Caregivers

If you are a family member or caregiver of someone living with dementia, we have an important resource to help you. By creating a profile on the Safe and Found Online portal, you can ensure that essential information about your loved one is readily available to assist the police in the event they go missing.

Safe and Found Online is a new platform designed to support law enforcement by allowing users to create a profile that includes details such as photographs, medication needs, known locations, and mobile numbers. This information is instantly accessible to control room screens and police officers’ devices, enabling a prompt and effective response.

We encourage you to take advantage of this valuable resource to help safeguard your loved one and ensure peace of mind.
