Piano Recital delighted the audience at Northcliffe

Jill Crossland performed a lunchtime recital with selections from the Well-tempered Clavier (48 preludes and Fugues) by JS Bach and Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No 30 in E Op. 109. This year is the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth.

Jill Crossland pursues an active concert and recording career. She plays regularly on the South Bank and at the Wigmore Hall in London, and along with recent appearances across this country has performed in Vienna and Dublin. She has featured on radio 3 and on television. Northcliffe church was delighted to host this event, in advance of her playing at Bradford Cathedral in March.
